Acquire the skills needed to set up and use the Conga Composer solution.
IT teams / Software package administrators. Business teams in charge of
document parameterization.
Environment (Salesforce + Conga Composer + active associated licenses) provided by the Customer for each trainee Experience of Salesforce administration. As this product is built on Salesforce, difficulties are to be expected without prior Salesforce experience.
Prior to registration, we will talk to you by telephone or video to check that our proposal meets your needs, and to identify any disabilities you may have and decide on any necessary adaptations (duration, pace, methods, teaching aids, etc.). This training can be taken throughout the year, within 2 months of your request.
1.5-day course (10.5 hours)
This in-company training can be delivered at your or our premises, or remotely. The follow-up of
the training course is carried out by means of a sign-in sheet,
co-signed by the trainee and the trainer.
The price includes VAT and is €2,160 (including 20% VAT, i.e. €360).
Our trainer adopts a participative attitude, explaining how the Conga Composer solution can answer the trainee’s questions. Trainees carry out small exercises on the platform to put into practice the concepts covered. A presentation in electronic format serves as a support and is given to the trainee. Exercises throughout the course ensure that the course has been assimilated. Trainees receive a certificate of completion.
Assessment will be based on practical exercises and questionnaires.
Yes, we adapt the training to the trainee’s level. However, as the CONGA Composer solution is built on Salesforce, difficulties are to be expected without prior Salesforce experience.
Yes, we offer an online version via the usual videoconferencing tools (including Microsoft Teams).
