Technical and functional project manager

Job expectations:

You combine project management and functional analysis skills with technical expertise. As the conductor of an orchestra, you are responsible for the management and success of your projects:

• You liaise with the project manager or the business line to draw up the specifications. You understand needs and challenges and can translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• You ensure that customer needs are matched to the target software solutions.
• You are a driving force in the design of solutions, and regularly monitor technological developments.
• You coordinate the parameterization or development of software solutions.
• You participate in and/or lead meetings/committees
• You are responsible for meeting commitments in terms of service (costs, deadlines, quality) and customer satisfaction.
• You evaluate the means and resources needed to implement projects
• You will manage multiple projects independently and/or as part of a team, budgets and task planning, recipes and production start-up phases.
• You manage internal and/or external resources
• You set up and analyze dashboards concerning project progress.
• You report to management
• You ensure good cohesion between MOE and MOA
• You participate in the choice of technical architectures
• You write or control the production of quality documentation

Profile required:

You have a degree (Bac +4 to Bac +5) in IT and have acquired a minimum of 5 years’ similar experience.
Ideally, you are familiar with the CPQ field, and with the software implemented in it, such as SalesForce CPQ, Conga, Epicor or others.
You have the skills/capacity to work in multi-project mode, and are familiar with processes and methodology (in Agile or standard mode).
You have a good IT culture and an inquisitive mind, enabling you to keep abreast of technological and business developments.
You have a good level of English to take part in international projects.
